Abstract
Welfare is a measure of living standards, indicated by a decent living situation or condition. A causal relationship where the increase in a person's standard of living indicates an increase in welfare as well. This study aims to analyze the effect of socialization, goals and objectives of the program directly on improving welfare or by being moderated by supervision. Respondents involved were recipients of the fakir uzur program, using probability sampling techniques, namely random sampling models so that 100 respondents were obtained. Primary data is selected using questionnaires and direct interviews with respondents. Furthermore, the data was analyzed using MRA (Moderating Regression Analysis). The results show that socialization, targets and objectives of the program directly or moderated have a significant positive effect on improving the welfare of the old fakir family. With the accuracy of socialization, targets and objectives, it has a positive impact on the needy. The existence of supervision of the program makes the function of each dependent variable more visible results on welfare.
