Abstract
The aim of this research is to explain the challenges faced by human resources in the digital transformation era and what strategies can be used to face these challenges. The research method in this study utilized a systematic literature review. Data from this research was obtained through several international journal articles with the keywords human resources in the era of digital transformation. Data analysis in this research utilized qualitative data analysis. The research results show that there are several challenges faced by human resources in the era of digital transformation, including: technology-induced unemployment, platform work, work polarization and non-standard work. Apart from that, there are strategies that can be utilized to overcome these various challenges, including: talent selection, training and development, evaluative functions, and digital employee services.
