This study examines the effect of Investment Decision (PER), Funding Decision (DER), Profitability (ROE), Managerial Ownership Structure (SKM), and Institutional Ownership Structure (SKI) on (Tobin's Q) in the consumer cyclical sector listed on the Indonesian stock exchange (IDX) during 2016-2021 accessed on www.idx.co.id. The sample in this study is 12 companies. The data analysis tool in this study used the Panel Data Regression method with the Eviews 10 application tool. The results reveal that PER has a positive but not significant effect on (Tobin's Q), DER has a positive and significant effect on (Tobin's Q), ROE has a positive and significant effect on(Tobin's Q), SKM has no significant and negative effect on (Tobin's Q), and SKI has a positive and significant effect on (Tobin's Q).
