This study examines the effects of Transformational Leadership, Creative Self-Efficacy, and Knowledge on the Creativity of Village Apparatus, as well as the moderating effect of the Knowledge variable. The sample in this study consisted of 120 Village Apparatus in Blang Mangat Subdistrict, Lhokseumawe City. The analysis tool used is path analysis with the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method using Amos. The results indicate that each variable of Transformational Leadership, Creative Self-Efficacy, and Knowledge Sharing has a positive and significant effect on performance, and the Knowledge variable moderates the relationship between Transformational Leadership and performance with a partial moderating effect. In addition, Knowledge sharing mediates the relationship between Creative Self-Efficacy and the Creativity of Village Officials with a partial moderating effect.
