Abstract


This research aims to investigate the influence of training, rewards, and work environment on employee loyalty in Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Aceh Timur. The phenomenon of low employee loyalty in this office has been observed. The independent variables include Training, Rewards, and Work Environment, while the dependent variable is Loyalty. The research employs a quantitative method, utilizing a questionnaire distributed to 100 employees in Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Aceh Timur. Data collection involves Likert scale scoring, and the analysis utilizes multiple linear regression with the SPSS program. Results indicate that Training has a positive and significant influence on employee loyalty, Rewards also have a positive and significant impact, and Work Environment positively and significantly affects employee loyalty in Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Aceh Timur
