Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership, occupational health and safety on employee performance through organizational commitment as a mediating variable at PT Oro Kopi Gayo in Central Aceh Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 71 employees. Using the SEM PLS Analysis Method with WarpPls software. The results showed that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Occupational health and safety has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Occupational health and safety has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In this study, organizational commitment acts as mediation. Employee performance can be improved by job attitude, leadership, and protection for the company's intangible assets.
