Abstract


This study aims to analyze the effect of price to earning ratio and price to book value on stock prices in the agricultural sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2016-2022. The population of this study is a company with a PBV < 3 times. Purposive sample is the sample selection method in this study. Data that met the criteria obtained 70 data samples to be examined. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of testing the hypothesis in this study show that the price to earning ratio has no significant effect on stock prices, while the price to book value has a significant effect on stock prices in the agricultural sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
