Abstract

This study aims to determine Talent Management and Knowledge Management on employee performance through employee engagement as a mediating variable. Quantitative research with simple random sampling was then carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents, namely employees of PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda with a sample size of 176 employees. The results showed that the variables of talent management, and employee engagement had a positive effect on employee performance, meaning that the process of managing human resources and the enthusiastic attitude of employees had an effect on the progress of employee performance. Meanwhile, knowledge management has no effect on employee performance, meaning that employees already have a standard of knowledge, expertise in workers that have been determined by the company so that the presence or absence of knowledge management has no effect on employee performance. The purpose of this research is so that leaders in the company can create strategies to improve employee performance.
