This research aims to analyze the influence of Servant Leadership, Perceived Organizational Support and Well-Being on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at Abby Mother and Child Hospital. The survey method uses a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The sample in this study was 113 Abby Hospital nurses using a saturated sample.
