Abstract


ABSTRACT

This research aims to analyze the influence of Servant Leadership, Perceived Organizational Support and Well-Being on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at Abby Mother and Child Hospital. The survey method uses a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The sample in this study was 113 Abby Hospital nurses using a saturated sample. This study used a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysi, Partial research results: Servant leadership has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at the Abby Mother and Child Hospital, Perceived organizational support has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at the Abby Mother and Child Hospital, Well being has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at the Mother and Child Hospital. Abby's child, Partial research results: Servant leadership has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at the Abby Mother and Child Hospital, Perceived organizational support has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at the Abby Mother and Child Hospital, Well being has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at the Mother and Child Hospital.
