Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how consumers' decisions to use Bank Syariah Indonesia's (BSI) mobile device are influenced by time-related risks, performance uncertainties, and privacy concerns. The case study will be examined within the city of Lhokseumawe. A questionnaire that was distributed by random sampling was used to gather primary data from 160 respondents for the study. Multiple linear regression analysis was used for the analysis. According to the findings, customers' decisions to use BSI Mobile are positively and significantly influenced by time-related risks, performance uncertainty, and privacy concerns taken separately. These variables, evaluated as a whole, have a significant impact on how customers decide whether to use BSI Mobile. On the decision to utilise BSI Mobile, time-related risks, performance uncertainty, and privacy concerns all have a significant overall impact.
