Abstract


Oil and gas is the driving force for the creation of thousands of manufactured products used by business activities and consumers and the oil and gas industry contributes significantly to global economic movements and contributes to the country's economic growth. One important factor in increasing oil and gas production and its derivative products is the performance of human resources or employees. Employee performance is a serious problem faced by all organizations, especially organizations with high employee turnover rates. This research aims to analyze the level of employee performance and the factors that influence it. The sample in this study was employees of PT. Medco E&P Malaka as many as 133 people. Data collected through questionnaires were analyzed using a data analysis method using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which was operationalized with the Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) tool. The research results show that servant leadership, perceived organizational support and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance. Then, in testing the indirect influence of organizational commitment, it was found to act as a partial mediating variable in the relationship between the influence of servant leadership and perceived organizational support on employee performance. It is hoped that the results of this research will be important information for companies to develop organizational resource management strategies and increase organizational productivity.
