Abstract


This research investigates the influence of talent management, knowledge sharing, and servant leadership on innovative work behavior at Bank Syariah Indonesia Lhokseumawe Branch. Data for this research was collected through a survey method using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The population in this study was 60 employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia Lhokseumawe Branch. Data analysis used the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences. The research results show that talent management, knowledge sharing, and servant leadership significantly affect innovative work behavior at Bank Syariah Indonesia Lhokseumawe Branch. These findings provide practical implications for the management of Bank Syariah Indonesia to strengthen further and optimize talent management, knowledge sharing, and servant leadership strategies. By paying more attention to these three variables, banks can create a work environment that supports and encourages innovation, improving performance and competitive advantage in an increasingly complex and dynamic market. This research also contributes to further scientific research in the fields of human resource management, leadership, and innovation in the work environment of the Islamic banking sector.
