This research aims to determine the productive zakat empowerment model based on Islamic Social Finance and the impact on the welfare of students at Rumah Gemilang Indonesia Aceh Besar. This research is quantitative research. The sampling method used in this research is non-probability sampling. The sample size for this research was 72 respondents from alumni of Rumah Gemilang Indonesia students in Aceh Besar. This research data was analyzed using PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling) with the SmartPLS 3 statistical tool. The research results show that the education and internship variables have a positive and insignificant influence on the welfare of Rumah Gemilang Indonesia students. Education and internship variables have a positive and significant influence on mentoring. And the mentoring variable has a positive and significant influence on welfare. Meanwhile, the education variable on welfare mediated by mentoring has a positive and insignificant influence. And the internship variable on welfare mediated by mentoring has a positive and significant influence.
