Abstract


Counterproductive work behavior is a common phenomenon that is a problem in human resources. This research aims to determine leadership style, workload and work stress on counterproductive work behavior. This research uses a quantitative type with a sampling technique in the form of slovin sampling which then distributes questionnaires to 65 respondents who work at the PT company. Socfindo Medan city. Data collection in this research was carried out using primary data by interviews and distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25. The results of this research show that the variables authoritarian leadership style and work stress have a positive effect on counterproductive work behavior and workload has a negative effect on employee counterproductive work behavior.
