Abstract


This study aims to determine how dividend policies, funding decisions, institutional ownership, and liquidity affect company value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. This research uses secondary data in the form of annual reports of each manufacturing company in the industrial and consumer goods sectors. The sample in this study consists of 44 industrial and consumer goods sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The data analysis method used is a multiple linear regression test using the help of eviews software version 10. The results showed that the partial dividend policy had a positive insignificant effect on the value of the company. Meanwhile, funding decisions, instituonal ownership, and liquidity have a positive and significant effect on the value of companies in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period.
