The Strategy to Overcome of Bullying Violence According to the Perspective of Islamic Education (A Research Study At SMA Negeri of Bireuen Regency)

Abstract
Islamic education contains a lot of noble values. One of the values that taught in Islamic education to children is the moral value (akhlaq) with friends and fellow human beings. Allah SWT gives potency in every child. Children must understand that the Islamic education teaches the importance of doing good (ihsan) among others without hurting them. Therefore, they should do good and reasonable actions, for example not to commit acts of violence that can hurt, injure, offend other people, intimidate, say harsh words, make fun of, insult, expose disgrace, laughing, harass, ostracize each other, do not have bad prejudice, call / title with a bad name. Among these utterances, words and actions are the acts of bullying violence, which in the Qur'an is referred to as yaskhar-yaskhar (mocking, scorn, making fun, pout, etc.). Bullying behavior is caused by the low of human ability to empathize. The low ability of empathy is caused by a lack of knowledge, science, and comprehensive understanding about one of the elements of human nature, namely the heart (qalb) and its needs. The purpose of this research is to know the perspective of Islamic education about acts of bullying violence, the forms of bullying violent acts that occur among students at SMA Negeri of Bireuen Regency, and to know the countermeasures strategies taken by the school to prevent acts of bullying violence at SMA Negeri of Bireuen Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological type of study. The data collection technique with purposive sampling, based on observation, interviews and documentation. In analyzing the data there are three stages, they are data reduction, data presentation (data display) and verification. As for the forms of violent acts of bullying that occur against students at SMA Negeri Bireuen Regency are in verbal form (for example threatening, humiliating, demeaning, disturbing, giving names/bad names, intimidating friends by hiding things, and using sarcasm, humiliating, reproaching or mocking, intimidating, ridiculing, and spreading gossip, poke fun at especially students who have physical deficiencies/ insulting/ ridiculing physically (body shaming), for example (cleft lip, fat body, etc.), then ridicule, insults, bad calls, bumping into friends, threatening (although not to the extent of doing the threatened thing). Meanwhile, the countermeasures strategies taken by the school to overcome the occurrence of bullying violent acts in SMA Negeri of Bireuen Regency are: Coordinate the problems (bullying acts) that are currently happening, Sit in consultation with the parents of students, both parents (perpetrators of bullying) and parents (victims of bullying).
