This study aims to know financial literacy and financial behavior affect investment decision makers during COVID-19. The study was quantitative and the data collected using a questionnaire. The Purposive Sampling used was distributed to 80 respondents. In this study, researchers used validity tests, reliability tests, descriptive data analysis techniques, multiple linear regression tests, classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS software. The results have shown that financial literacy affect investment decisions being received. Financial behavior influences the investment decision received.
