This study explores the management procedures employed by Bank Aceh Syariah (BAS) Bireun Branch concerning its finance distribution plan. A significant research component is implementing a complete SWOT analysis, including external factors (EFAS) to identify opportunities and threats and internal factors (IFAS) to analyse strengths and weaknesses. These findings are essential in formulating strategic recommendations to optimise the performance and sustainability of Bank Aceh Syariah Bireuen Branch. Employing a qualitative research methodology, the study combines observational techniques, structured interviews, document examination, and targeted surveys. The research finds that Bank Aceh Syariah Bireuen Branch positioned itself inside quadrant II of the SWOT analysis (Diversification), indicating strengths despite encountering different threats. These strengths play a significant role in managing the particulars of finance distribution, enabling the branch to capitalise on possibilities while proactively addressing potential problems. In essence, the research gives valuable insights into the strategic positioning and resilience of Bank Aceh Syariah Bireuen Branch within the dynamic context of contemporary financial operations. The strategic recommendations produced from the SWOT analysis offer a practical framework for improving operational efficiency and contributing meaningfully to sustainable financial development.
