Abstract
Ulee Jalan and Pusong Baro village are two villages located in Lhokseumawe City, which is precisely in Banda Sakti District. The greatest potential of these two villages is as a dry fish producing village in Lhokseumawe City. But unfortunately, the development of fish drying business is less well developed. Constraints faced by the community is the lack of processing of dried fish, packaging that is not standardized, processed products are not durable and commodity sales are very small, due to traditional word-of-mouth marketing techniques, as well as poor marketing management. To solve the problems faced by the people of Ulee Jalan and Pusong Baro, the community service is carried out where the community gets dryer machine facilities, vacuum sealer machines, dryers and dryer house construction and product processing training, which is expected to increase the production of dried fish and expand the marketing network. The results of the implementation of Ulee Jalan and Pusong Baro Village community service include the increasing number of dried fish production, the ability to run a business with better management, better and more attractive packaging design and product branding, publications in dedication journals, activity videos uploaded on YouTube and simple IPR, and simple catalog website for the introduction of dried fish products.
