Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.


Author Guidelines

Full paper template :

Before you proceed, carefully read the submission guidelines as follow:

  1. The paper should be written in English and follow the paper template above.
  2. The length of full paper is at least 4 pages and no more than 6 pages in A4 paper size.
  3. References: based on the template above but must be formatted using any reference management tool e.g. Mendeley, Endnote, Zotero
  4. All review processes are double blind peer-reviews
  5. Please contact if you have any queries.

Selected full papers will be published in following journal based on the recommendation of the reviewers:

  1. Bali Medical Journal ( Indexed International Journal Web of Sciences (Thomson Reuters/Clarivate Analytics), SCOPUS, DOAJ, Pubmed, Proquest, etc. Indexing Internationally Reputable
  2. Indonesia Journal of Biomedical Science ( Indexed International Journal Sherpa/Romeo, Indonesian Publication Index, DOAJ, Google Scholar, EBSCO, etc.
  3. Intisari Sains Medis ( Indexed National Journal DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar, etc.

The selected paper will be charge additionally beside the registration fee. MICOHEDMED gives special discount for the Article Processing Charge (APC) in the conference scientific writing held by committee as follow:

  1. IDR 7,000,000 per full article in BaliMedJ (Normally USD 1,100 or IDR 15,400,000).
  2. IDR 4,500,000 per full article in IJBS (Normally USD 500 or IDR 7,000,000).
  3. IDR 3,500,000 per full article in ISM (Normally IDR 4,500,000).
  4. NOTE: All manuscript will be on collective review and charged IDR 2,000,000 for each manuscript for (turnitin, galley, and collective review for MICOHEDMED 2022)

The authors can also publish their full text in international proceeding (ISBN) by request. Please state this in the special request section during the submission. Please note that full paper that have been published in the proceeding cannot be published in other journal.

Submission Preparation Checklist

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another conference for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Director).
  2. The submission file is in Zip, OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. All URL addresses in the text (e.g., are activated and ready to click.
  4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Conference.
  6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed track of the conference, authors' names are removed from submission, with "Author" and year used in the bibliography and footnotes, instead of authors' name, paper title, etc.
  7. If submitting to peer review, all Microsoft Office documents (including Supplementary Files) have been saved by going to File and selecting Save As; clicking Tools (or Options in a Mac); clicking Security; selecting "Remove personal information from file properties on save"; clicking Save.

Authors who submit to this conference agree to the following terms:
a) Authors retain copyright over their work, while allowing the conference to place this unpublished work under a Creative Commons Attribution License, which allows others to freely access, use, and share the work, with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and its initial presentation at this conference.
b) Authors are able to waive the terms of the CC license and enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution and subsequent publication of this work (e.g., publish a revised version in a journal, post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial presentation at this conference.
c) In addition, authors are encouraged to post and share their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their website) at any point before and after the conference.
