This research is to produce a context-based recommendation model for the application of SMK as a key factor in the success of good school governance. Good school governance is an appropriate management model to be applied in SMK management. Good school governance as a management model that provides greater autonomy to schools and encourages participatory decision-making that directly involves all school members (teachers, students, principals, education staff, parents of students) even the business and industrial world, as well wider society.
